Change starts at home

Our candidates are out in the community right now, and they want to meet you! Happy hours, canvasses, picnics, art openings- pick whatever sounds like your kind of night and go. Change in this county doesn't come from somewhere else. It comes from people here showing up, talking to their neighbors, and keeping at it. And on August 29 and 30, the whole county goes out at once for our first Weekend of Action.

Candidate Spotlight: Tom Arida, NYS Senate District 62

Tom grew up in North Tonawanda. He's been working on political campaigns since college, back in 2016. Since then, he's helped run more than 150 campaigns at the local, state, and national level. Now he's running for State Senate against Rob Ortt. Tom says no politician should get a free pass, and he wants to say that straight to Ortt's face on a debate stage!

Get Involved

Weekend of Action is two weeks out and it only works if the county shows up. Forward this newsletter to three people who've been meaning to get involved- a neighbor, a coworker, someone who keeps saying "I should really do something." Forward this newsletter with a friend. Or send them the sign up directly.

We're growing a community, not just a campaign. Want to get plugged in beyond this week's ask? Fill out our volunteer form!

Thanks for being part of this,
Niagara County Dems
